La Paz has a warm and dry climate almost all year, with temperatures usually in the eighties. However, in winter, from November to February, temperatures may drop to the sixties. The thermometer rarely reaches a high of 100 degrees, and then only between July and October. But even the hottest afternoons are cooled by balmy ocean breezes. Rain is extremely scarce along the entire peninsula.
